Mounted prints are offered in a wide variety of sizes and are available in Lustre or our machined finishes, Linen, Pebble or Embassy. All prints are professionally printed in a specialized photographic lab on Kodak Endura Professional Papers and mounted by trained technicians.
For a contemporary display option the standout product is a happy medium between style and price and will look great in a more contemporary designed space.
If you would like to frame your print yourself it is best to have it mounted at the lab. This will ensure a seamless transition from the print to the frame. Unmounted prints can sometimes be difficult to work with and can slouch or wripple in a frame over time. If you are going to make an investment in a nicely framed print we want to provide you with a product that will last for generations.
These prices reflect the photographic printing and the mounting. Custom designs using multiple images are also available, just ask us for more information during your viewing.
Standout
Standout is a thick lightweight board finished with a black plastic edge and comes ready to display with hanging holes on the backside. Standout is available in two depths, 3/4” and 1-1/2”, and nothing extra needs to be done to prepare for display. Please note, delivery times can be longer than normal with this product.

Matboard
A heavyweight, dry mount board provides mounting at an economical price. Due to the nature of fiber based board, some warping will occur, therefore we do not offer sizes larger than 16x20. Styrene board is a wonderful replacement for Matboard when it comes to larger print sizes.

Styrene
Styrene is a plastic mounting board 2mm thick. Standard color is white. We find this to be one of the best mounting substrates available.
All photographic prints ordered from AaronVan Photography come ready to frame mounted on Styrene and coated for protection.
Foamboard
Foamboard is 1/4” thick foam-centered board coated with a tough white plastic shell.

Masonite
Standard 1/8” hardboard masonite. This traditional mounting surface provides a heavy duty, rigid, hard and long lasting substrate. Perfect for heirloom photographs that you want to last a lifetime.

Coatings
AaronVan Photography offers lustre coating and three textures that provide extra protection to your photographic prints. This lustre coating not only protects, but will also give your prints a more matte look versus an uncoated print.
