One of the most unique experiences of a person’s life is a new baby. Your new child will become your world, your whole life and all the wonderful moments as they grow up will pass by in the blink of an eye.
Investing in newborn photography is something that many parents do, however most don’t understand the true difference between a retail portrait studio and a professional studio. At AaronVan Photography we create an experience for the family and their newborn that surpasses anything they may have had in the past.
We start out with a three hour session to be sure we give the time needed to capture everything we want without having to rush through. Since newborns are unpredictable we allow these sessions to be flexible and can reschedule them as needed. Most parents will reserve their session appointment prior to the birth of their child. The session is best if it takes place 7-14 days after the baby is born and we usually have a family member contact us after the birth of the child so that we may work the family into the schedule.
AaronVan Photography can start you off with photos during your maternity and then take you through your newborn photos and on into the first years of your child’s life. We like to think of our customers as family and we want to be your photographer for all of those special moments. We work hard to create a custom designed photo shoot that is specific to each individual need.
We believe in simple, we’re not big on packages or pushing products on you that may never get used. We want you to love everything you purchase from us. Instead of a contracted year of photos we simply offer your fourth session for free when you purchase three at our normal rates.
We love working with children and their families, so we want to capture each moment that you have as you move through your journey with your child. We want to create your photo album in such a way that when your child gets into the terrible twos or they get angry with you during those teenage years screaming, "I hate you!", you can go back to these memories and remember when they were just so perfect and they loved you, purely.
Your newborn session will consist of 3 hours with AaronVan either in the studio or on location.

Newborn sessions have the best result when they take place 7-14 days after birth. We are very flexible with our newborns schedule and accomodate the needs of this type of session. It is best to book your session prior to giving birth and then have someone contact us when the baby is born so we can work the session into our schedule and be prepared for your babies arrival at our studio.
Your newborn session includes up to 6 people and a minimum of 8 different ideas. If you would like more time with your session or have more than 6 people we can add those items when we speak with you about your booking.
